Dance, jazz, and ballet have played an important part of my life from an early age. As an adult I was always searching for that perfect combination of feminine movement combined with strength and flexibility training. Upon finding Pilates 6 years ago, I felt I found exactly what I was looking for and immediately decided to get certified as I was inspired to learn more. For me, Pilates embodies the most complete and comprehensive workout as it lengthens and strengthens the muscles, works to build better posture and alignment, and relieves stress while helping to recharge the body.
It has become my mission to introduce and teach the amazing Stott Pilates method to as many people as I possible can.
